Since the release
of Tstream Editor Studio 4.0, we use Java WebStart to install and
automatically update Tstream Editor Studio. Reinstalling
or manually upgrading Tstream Editor Studio is completely harmless.
However, if you visit this page because you are encountering problems
with Tstream Editor Studio, please consider the following checklist:
|
| I can't
find the shortcut of Tstream Editor Studio on the desktop or in the
'All Programs' list |
 |
Windows |
| |
- Click the Windows start
button.
- Click Run...
- In the input field, type javaws
(which is short for Java WebStart). The Java Application Cache
Viewer dialog will be displayed.
If the dialog does not display or you get an error, the Java Runtime
Environment on your computer is either missing or damaged. In
that case, you should reinstall it.
- In the Java Application Cache Viewer
dialog, right-click the Tstream Editor Studio icon and choose
Uninstall shortcuts (if this option is available). Then, right-click
the icon again and choose Install shortcuts.
Your All Programs list will now contain a folder shortcut Tstream
Editor Studio with 1 program shortcut.
